Taznakht Rugs

Taznakht rugs are traditional Moroccan rugs named after the town of Taznakht, located in the Ouarzazate province of Morocco. These rugs are renowned for their rich cultural heritage, intricate craftsmanship, and vibrant designs.

They embody centuries-old weaving techniques passed down through generations. Each rug tells a story, often inspired by the weaver’s surroundings, daily life, or tribal symbols.

Our Taznakht rugs can be knotted, flat-woven, or a combination of both.

They are made from high-quality sheep wool, which is hand-spun and dyed naturally using natural dyes such as local plants, minerals, and spices that create rich and enduring colors.
